About Us

T&N Joinery - based in Lerwick, in the Shetland Islands - was formed in June 2000, when directors Terry Hunter and Nigel Llewellyn bought the joinery firm ‘Smith and Harper’, which had 5 employees at the time.

The business has gone from strength to strength, and T&N Joinery now has a staff of over 45 including over 30 time-served joiners and 4 apprentices.

Initially specialising in the manufacture of timber windows, T&N Joinery has diversified in recent years and now offers a wide range of services including UPVC windows, conservatories, stairs, roofing and general contracting.

An exciting recent development was the opening of the T&N Kitchen’s showroom, at Mounthooly Street, Lerwick, in November 2007. We would be delighted to see you – please pop by for a chat about your kitchen requirements.
